The "Walk & Talk" Consultation
Perfect for DIY sellers who need professional direction before listing.
Investment: $250 (up to 90 minutes)
What's Included: We walk the property with you or your sellers to provide a comprehensive, room-by-room assessment. We advise on decluttering, furniture placement, paint colors, minor repairs, and curb appeal.
Deliverable: The seller receives verbal recommendations to execute before photo day.

Occupied Staging & Restyling
Perfect for sellers living in the home who need a modern refresh to appeal to buyers.
Investment: Packages start at $2500
What's Included: We work with some the seller’s existing furniture but transform the space by bringing in our own modern furniture, accessories, artwork, textiles, and lighting. We optimize the flow of the home to make spaces feel larger and more inviting.
Includes: Half or full-day styling, de-staging, and an initial 2-month minimum rental of accessories and light furniture. (Monthly renewal rate is 20% of the initial staging fee).

Vacant Staging
Essential for empty properties. We create an emotional connection for buyers the moment they walk in.
Investment: Starts at $3,800 (Base package: Living, Kitchen/Dining, Primary Suite)
What's Included: Cohesive furniture and decor curated specifically for the style of the home (from South End modern to Myers Park traditional).
Includes: Design plan, delivery, full installation, and de-staging. Includes the initial 2-month minimum inventory rental. (Additional rooms can be added starting at $450/room. Monthly renewal rate is 20% of the initial staging fee).

01 | The Introduction Begin by sharing your property details and desired services through our Staging Inquiry form below. Within 24 hours, we will provide a virtual estimate and an invitation to schedule an in-home walkthrough so we can see your space firsthand.
02 | The Proposal & Partnership Following our visit, we will guide you through the next steps with a clear, itemized proposal for your review. Once approved, we will share a digital contract and invoice. To secure your dedicated staging date on our calendar, we ask that the agreement is signed and payment is completed at least seven days prior to installation.
03 | Installation & Photo-Ready On installation day, our team arrives to thoughtfully transform your property. This curated styling process typically takes one to two days. By the time your photographer arrives the following morning, the home will be flawlessly styled and fully ready for its market debut.
